The site is run by Frappies, Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Our products

Frappies are treats for dogs and are not for human consumption. They are a supplement to a complete diet, not a replacement for it. Always supervise your dog while they eat a treat and follow the feeding guidance on the pack and on this site. Product photos are a guide; natural products vary in size, shape and colour from batch to batch.

Prices and orders

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. Delivery charges are shown before you pay. An order is confirmed once we accept it and receive payment. If a price on the site is clearly wrong, or an item is out of stock, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

The text, photos and design on this site belong to Frappies. Please don’t copy them without permission.

Liability

We take great care making our treats, but we can’t be responsible for harm caused by feeding them in a way that goes against our guidance, or by an allergy or condition we were not told about. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Indian consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
