This policy explains what personal information Frappies (“we”) collects when you use frappies.com and frappies.in, and what we do with it.

- Order details: your name, phone number, delivery address, email if you give it, and what you ordered.
- Messages: anything you send us through our forms, WhatsApp or email.
- Email sign-ups: your email address, if you join our list.
- Browsing data: standard analytics such as pages visited and device type, collected through cookies and similar tools.
How we use it
- To process, deliver and support your orders.
- To reply to your questions.
- To send news and offers, only if you signed up. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
Who we share it with
Only with the services we need to run the shop: our courier partners (to deliver your order), our payment provider (to take payment securely, we never see or store your card details), our website and database hosts, and analytics and advertising tools such as Google. We do not sell your personal information.
Your cart
Your cart is saved in your own browser so it’s still there when you come back. It is not sent to us until you place an order.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as the law requires for accounts and tax. You can ask us to delete your other information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by contacting us on WhatsApp or by email.
