About the treats
What does single-ingredient mean?
Each pack contains one thing. Chicken Feet are only chicken feet. Sweet Potato Chews are only sweet potato. We add no salt, sugar, glycerin, colouring, flavouring or preservatives.
How do they keep without preservatives?
By drying them properly. We take out enough water that nothing can grow, check every batch, and seal the packs with a food-grade moisture absorber. Keep them sealed, cool and dry and they last for months.
Are dried bones safe?
Our chicken treats are dried at low temperatures, never baked or boiled, which keeps them crunchy rather than hard and sharp. Even so, every chew carries some risk. Always supervise your dog, choose the right treat for their size, and take away small pieces.
Where are they made?
In our own unit on the outskirts of Hyderabad, by our own team. We don’t buy finished treats from other makers.
Why do some products say “coming soon”?
Nothing goes on sale until it has passed three good batches in a row. Products still in testing show as coming soon. Tap “Tell me when it’s ready” and we’ll message you.
Ordering and delivery
How do I pay?
Right now you place your order on the site and send it to us on WhatsApp in one tap. We confirm stock and send a UPI payment link. Card and UPI checkout on the site is being set up.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on orders over ₹999. Below that it costs ₹79.
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch in 1–2 working days and delivery usually takes 3–7 working days.
Do you deliver outside Hyderabad?
Yes, across India by courier.
Something arrived damaged. What now?
Send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll replace it. See our returns policy.
Health and allergies
Is the Garden Range safe for dogs with a chicken allergy?
The Garden Range is made on separate days from chicken, after a full wash-down of the dryer, trays and tools. But for now it shares a dryer with the chicken line, so we can’t promise zero traces. If your dog’s allergy is severe, check with your vet first.
Can puppies have Frappies?
From about 12 weeks, soft and small treats like Banana Chews and small pieces of Liver Bites are fine. Wait for adult teeth before harder chews. See the feeding guide.
My dog is overweight or diabetic. Can I still give treats?
Ask your vet first. Our lowest-calorie choices are Pumpkin Crisps and, when they launch, Carrot Sticks. Sweet potato and banana are naturally sugary, so we’d skip those.
Can cats eat them?
Liver and, when they launch, Chicken Hearts are popular with cats too. Give cats very small pieces.
Shops and bulk
Can I stock Frappies in my store or clinic?
Yes. Pet stores, vets, groomers and boarding kennels can apply here and we’ll send a sample pack and trade prices.
Do you make treats for other brands?
