About this treat
The most generous treat in the chicken line: a whole drumstick, meat and bone together, dried slowly so it stays chewy outside and crunchy at the bone.
Because it is meat and bone in one, it is a treat for a weekend or a good day, not an everyday snack.
How we make it
- Fresh drumsticks arrive the same morning.
- Trimmed of loose skin and fat.
- Blanched until the thickest part is cooked through.
- Slow-dried for around 16 hours.
- We cut the thickest piece in each batch to check it is dry to the bone.
